I posted to the Fuel Cycle group  many moons ago..

Now I am going to share it here…

Mix 1/2 c blackberries with 3 teaspoons of truvia, erythritol, or homemade sweet blend

place in ramekin.

For topping: 1 tablespoon coconut flour,

1 tablespoon oat fiber,

1/4 cup egg whites,

1/2 t baking powder,

1/4 t cinnamon,

4 teaspoon of truvia, erythritol, or homemade sweet blend

pour over berries.

I baked mine for 25 mins at 350.

  1. I would love to think that I'm not the only one on this planet that cannot eat Oat Fiber. It does to me the same thing Chicory Root (fiber) does....horrible upset stomach, gas and bloating. I have to use Oat flour in it's place. It is carbs but I have not found a equal low carb substitute yet! Can't wait to try this recipe with my oat flour. I love cobbler!

Scripture of the Month

1 Thessalonians 5:24
Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

He is faithful to do all He has promised in his Word. I'm so glad that he is faithful to meet our needs and to give us our wants. There is no one Greater than OUR LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST!
